Sắp có thêm 700 căn hộ thuộc khu đô thị mới Nam Hải Dương

Mới đây, Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư bất động sản Thành Đông đã động thổ dự án đầu tư xây dựng công trình hỗn hợp tại lô đất HH7 thuộc khu đô thị mới Nam Hải Dương (phân khu 2).

Dự án đầu tư xây dựng công trình hỗn hợp tại lô đất HH7 thuộc khu đô thị mới Nam Hải Dương (phân khu 2) có tên thương mại là Thanh Dong Premium.
Công trình được triển khai trên khu đất rộng gần 18.052m² với tổng mức đầu tư hơn 1.500 tỷ đồng. Từ đây thuận tiện kết nối giao thông thuận lợi với sân bay Gia Bình (Bắc Ninh), đường sắt Lào Cai - Hà Nội - Hải Phòng, đường cao tốc Hà Nội - Hải Phòng…
Về quy mô xây dựng, dự án gồm 8 công trình hỗn hợp, trong đó có 4 tòa cao 15 tầng và 4 tòa cao 9 tầng, tổng diện tích sàn xây dựng hơn 90.000m².
Dự án dự kiến cung cấp khoảng 700 căn hộ chung cư cùng gần 17.388m² diện tích sàn thương mại, dịch vụ và văn phòng. Các sản phẩm căn hộ được thiết kế đa dạng diện tích, gồm căn 1 phòng ngủ khoảng 35 m², căn 1 phòng ngủ kèm phòng đa năng khoảng 40m², căn 2 phòng ngủ từ 65–80m² và căn 3 phòng ngủ từ 90–120m², đáp ứng linh hoạt nhu cầu an cư và đầu tư.
Dự án dự kiến hoàn thành và đưa vào hoạt động trong thời gian 36 tháng kể từ ngày được chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư, trước ngày 11/3/2029.
Được biết, dự án Khu đô thị mới Nam Hải Dương (phân khu 2) có quy mô khoảng 193ha. Giai đoạn 1 của dự án đã hoàn thành đầu tư hạ tầng kỹ thuật và đưa vào sử dụng; các hạng mục thuộc giai đoạn 2 đang tiếp tục được triển khai.
Trước đó, tại kỳ họp thứ nhất HĐND thành phố khoá XVII đã thông qua nghị quyết điều chỉnh Chương trình phát triển nhà ở TP.Hải Phòng giai đoạn 2021 – 2030, trong đó, nhà ở thương mại được điều chỉnh tăng thêm hơn 7,2 triệu m2 sàn (từ hơn 35,7 triệu m2 sàn lên thành hơn 42,9 triệu m2 sàn).
