Đồng chí Trương Tấn Sang, nguyên Ủy viên Bộ 99Oke123 Tải ứng dụng, nguyên Chủ tịch nước CHXHCN Việt Nam và đại biểu thắp hương tưởng niệm các anh hùng liệt sĩ.

Tiểu đoàn 263 được thành lập tháng 11/1963 tại xã Thạnh Phong, huyện Thạnh Phú, tỉnh Bến Tre trên cơ sở các lực lượng địa phương của tỉnh Bến Tre, Tiền Giang, Long An và một số đơn vị của Quân khu 8, tham chiến trên trăm trận tại khu vực ấp Cầu Ván, xã An Lục Long, huyện Châu Thành, tỉnh Long An (nay là xã An Lục Long, tỉnh Tây Ninh) đã lập nhiều chiến công vang dội.

Khu tưởng niệm Tiểu đoàn 263 được UBND tỉnh xếp hạng là di tích lịch sử - văn hóa cấp tỉnh.
