Viettel khuyến khích khách hàng sớm xác thực thông tin thuê bao

(QK7 Online) - Nhằm hỗ trợ và khuyến khích khách hàng nhanh chóng hoàn thành việc xác thực thông tin thuê bao theo quy định của Thông tư 08, Tổng công ty Viễn thông Viettel (Viettel Telecom) công bố triển khai hàng loạt chương trình ưu đãi hấp dẫn.
Khách hàng không chỉ bảo vệ được "tài sản số" của mình, mà còn nhận ngay quà tặng thiết thực khi thao tác thành công trên ứng dụng My Viettel.
Để thúc đẩy xu hướng tự phục vụ (self-care) và giảm tải cho các điểm giao dịch, Viettel tặng ngay gói ưu đãi trị giá lên tới 50.000 đồng cho tất cả khách hàng tự thực hiện xác thực thông tin thành công qua ứng dụng My Viettel. Chính sách được áp dụng linh hoạt, phù hợp với từng nhóm khách hàng.
Đối với khách hàng trả trước: Tặng ngay 25.000 đồng vào tài khoản Data và 25.000 đồng vào tài khoản gọi/nhắn tin nội mạng. Quà tặng sẽ được hệ thống tự động cộng sau 24 giờ kể từ thời điểm xác thực thành công. Thời hạn sử dụng ưu đãi là 5 ngày.

Đối với khách hàng trả sau: Khách hàng sẽ được giảm trừ tối đa 50.000 đồng vào tiền cước phát sinh từ các cuộc gọi và tin nhắn nội mạng (ngoài các gói cước khuyến mại khách hàng đang sử dụng) ngay trong tháng xác thực thành công.
Với mong muốn mỗi khách hàng sẽ trở thành một "đại sứ" công nghệ giúp đỡ người thân, bạn bè cập nhật thông tin kịp thời, bảo vệ sim chính chủ, Viettel ra mắt chương trình "Lan tỏa xác thực" với phần thưởng là 10.000 điểm Viettel++ cho mỗi lượt giới thiệu thành công. Điểm Viettel++ có thể dùng để đổi ra Data, cước gọi hoặc vô vàn voucher mua sắm, ăn uống hấp dẫn.
Chương trình được thiết kế với 4 bước thao tác cực kỳ đơn giản: Bước 1: Người giới thiệu đăng nhập vào ứng dụng My Viettel, chọn tính năng "Lan tỏa xác thực" để tạo và tải mã QR cá nhân về máy. Bước 2: Gửi mã QR này cho người thân, bạn bè (người cần được xác thực thông tin). Bước 3: Người được giới thiệu sử dụng điện thoại để quét mã QR và tiến hành các bước xác thực thông tin (chụp ảnh CCCD, chụp khuôn mặt...). Bước 4: Ngay sau khi người được giới thiệu hoàn tất và hệ thống ghi nhận xác thực thành công trên My Viettel, tài khoản của người giới thiệu sẽ lập tức được cộng thêm 10.000 điểm Viettel++. Đặc biệt, chương trình không giới hạn số lượt giới thiệu.
Đại diện Viettel Telecom chia sẻ, việc triển khai các chương trình ưu đãi trong giai đoạn nước rút này nhằm tạo thêm động lực để người dân làm quen với việc sử dụng các nền tảng số như My Viettel. Các chính sách này mang lại "lợi ích kép": Vừa giúp khách hàng tuân thủ quy định pháp luật, bảo vệ SIM chính chủ khỏi các rủi ro lừa đảo, vừa mang lại những phần quà tri ân thiết thực cho quá trình liên lạc, giải trí hằng ngày.
Viettel tiếp tục khuyến cáo khách hàng khẩn trương kiểm tra và xác thực thông tin thuê bao trước khi các chế tài khóa chiều gọi đi chính thức được áp dụng theo quy định. Mọi thao tác trên My Viettel đều diễn ra nhanh chóng (chỉ từ 3 đến 5 phút), bảo mật tuyệt đối và hoàn toàn miễn phí.
