Nâng cao chất lượng phát triển dữ liệu trên địa bàn TP.Hồ Chí Minh

(QK7 Online) - UBND TP.Hồ Chí Minh đã ban hành văn bản chỉ đạo triển khai Quyết định số 11/2026/QĐ-TTg ngày 28/3/2026 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về ban hành Danh mục cơ sở dữ liệu (CSDL) quốc gia.
Theo đó, đối với các sở, ban, ngành Thành phố là đầu mối chủ trì các CSDL quốc gia tại Thành phố sẽ phối hợp với các cơ quan, đơn vị liên quan tham mưu UBND Thành phố thực hiện các nhiệm vụ xây dựng các CSDL quốc gia thuộc phạm vi quản lý theo hướng dẫn, chỉ đạo của Bộ, ngành trung ương, đảm bảo phù hợp với Khung kiến trúc dữ liệu quốc gia, Khung quản trị, quản lý dữ liệu quốc gia, Từ điển dữ liệu dùng chung và tuân thủ quy định của pháp luật về dữ liệu.
Đối với các sở, ban, ngành khác liên quan chủ động nghiên cứu, triển khai Quyết định số 11/2026/QĐ-TTg ngày 28/3/2026 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ, đảm bảo phối hợp hiệu quả với các sở, ban, ngành Thành phố đã được phân công là đầu mối chủ trì thực hiện các nhiệm vụ xây dựng các CSDL quốc gia thuộc phạm vi quản lý, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng phát triển dữ liệu phục vụ toàn diện các mặt công tác trên địa bàn Thành phố.
UBND Thành phố giao Trung tâm Chuyển đổi số Thành phố chủ trì, phối hợp với Công an Thành phố, các sở, ban, ngành là đầu mối chủ trì thực hiện danh mục các CSDL quốc gia thực hiện kết nối, tích hợp chia sẻ dữ liệu chuyên ngành, dữ liệu phục vụ giải quyết thủ tục hành chính giữa Kho dữ liệu Thành phố và Trung tâm Dữ liệu quốc gia - Bộ Công an.
Yêu cầu các sở, ban, ngành Thành phố, các cơ quan, đơn vị liên quan nghiêm túc tuân thủ các quy định về dữ liệu trong quá trình xây dựng, hoàn thiện các CSDL quốc gia, CSDL chuyên ngành.
Giao Công an Thành phố - Cơ quan Thường trực Ban Chỉ đạo dữ liệu Thành phố chủ trì, phối hợp Sở Khoa học và Công nghệ và các cơ quan, đơn vị có liên quan theo dõi, đôn đốc thực hiện các nội dung trong văn bản này, tổng hợp các vấn đề phát sinh để kịp thời tham mưu UBND Thành phố triển khai, chỉ đạo các nội dung thuộc thẩm quyền của UBND Thành phố.
Đồng thời tham mưu UBND Thành phố báo cáo, đề xuất Bộ Công an bổ sung, cập nhật, điều chỉnh Danh mục các CSDL quốc gia.
