Tại hội nghị, các đơn vị thi công, tư vấn thiết kế, đơn vị có liên quan báo cáo kết quả thực hiện cải tạo, sửa chữa, nâng cấp các hạng mục doanh trại như hệ thống nhà ở, giảng đường, khu học tập, sinh hoạt, sân bãi 123Win64 nhà cái WC 2026…bảo đảm đồng bộ, chính quy, hiện đại, phù hợp với chức năng, nhiệm vụ đào tạo của nhà trường.

Cục Hậu cần - Kỹ thuật Quân khu chỉ đạo các cơ quan chuyên môn xây dựng kế hoạch khám sức khỏe khi tuyển sinh cho các đối tượng bảo đảm chặt chẽ, yêu cầu học sinh có đủ sức khỏe để học tập và phát triển nguồn cán bộ lâu dài trong Quân đội; phối hợp với Bộ Tham mưu tiến hành khảo sát, quy hoạch xây dựng nhà trường thông minh và theo dõi, chỉ đạo công tác củng cố, sửa chữa, bảo đảm doanh trại, cơ sở vật chất giai đoạn 2 và cả năm 2026.
Đối với Trường Thiếu sinh quân miền Nam, cần tổ chức quán triệt và triển khai theo hướng dẫn của các cơ quan Quân khu, phối hợp với cơ quan Quân khu xây dựng kế hoạch, chương trình giáo dục và đào tạo năm học 2026 - 2027; ban hành quy chế tổ chức hoạt động của nhà trường, quy chế tuyển sinh, các nội quy, quy định; thành lập Hội đồng tuyển sinh, tổ chức tuyển sinh, chiêu sinh theo chỉ tiêu phân bổ của Cục Quân lực, Bộ Tổng tham mưu.
