Hội nghị được thực hiện theo hình thức trực tiếp kết hợp trực tuyến đến hơn 3.000 điểm cầu. Đồng chí Nghiêm Xuân Thành, Phó Chủ nhiệm Ủy ban Kiểm tra Trung ương chủ trì hội nghị.

Những điểm mới trong quy định pháp luật về quản lý, sử dụng đất đai, khai thác, sử dụng tài nguyên và môi trường. Giám sát các nghị quyết trụ cột của Trung ương và xây dựng hồ sơ địa bàn. Chuyển đổi số và một số phần mềm công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đang triển khai trong ngành Kiểm tra Đảng.
