Ông Đỗ Hữu Huy, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Đắk Lắk vừa có buổi tiếp và làm việc với Công ty CenGeo New Energy FZ-LLC về việc đề xuất thực hiện đầu tư dự án Tổ hợp du lịch và nghỉ dưỡng Vịnh Vũng Rô.
Tại buổi làm việc, đại diện Công ty CenGeo New Energy FZ-LLC cho biết, đơn vị đã tìm hiểu và quan tâm đề xuất thực hiện đầu tư dự án Tổ hợp du lịch, nghỉ dưỡng Vịnh Vũng Rô.
Dự án bao gồm các hạng mục nhà biệt thự, căn hộ du lịch, tổ hợp khách sạn, các dịch vụ giải trí nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp khác,…
Công ty cũng đã trình bày về kế hoạch phát triển dự án và báo cáo năng lực, kinh nghiệm của các nhà đầu tư đồng hành. Đồng thời trao đổi về các bước triển khai trọng tâm trong giai đoạn tới để đảm bảo dự án triển khai theo tiến độ tối ưu.
Phát biểu tại buổi làm việc, ông Đỗ Hữu Huy, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Đắk Lắk ghi nhận đề xuất của Công ty, đồng thời nhấn mạnh, tỉnh Đắk Lắk luôn hoan nghênh các nhà đầu tư đến quan tâm, nghiên cứu, đề xuất triển khai xây dựng các dự án quan trọng trên địa bàn.
Ông Huy cho biết, tỉnh Đắk Lắk ưu tiên thu hút các nhà đầu tư có năng lực tài chính, kinh nghiệm, có khả năng đồng hành lâu dài, góp phần thực hiện mục tiêu tăng trưởng hai con số đã đề ra và phát triển bền vững.
Tỉnh cũng đặt ra yêu cầu cao đối với các nhà đầu tư. Theo đó, các doanh nghiệp đã tiếp cận hoặc được chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư phải cam kết tiến độ cụ thể, bảo đảm triển khai dự án thực chất, hiệu quả.
Dự án được đề xuất có quy mô lớn và liên quan đến nhiều yếu tố kỹ thuật, pháp lý, do đó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Đắk Lắk đề nghị nhà đầu tư tiếp tục chứng minh rõ hơn mối quan hệ liên kết giữa các doanh nghiệp tham gia dự án.
Đồng thời làm rõ năng lực tài chính, kinh nghiệm để bảo đảm tính khả thi trong quá trình triển khai, góp phần thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế, xã hội của tỉnh trong thời gian tới.
