The Light City đón cơ hội từ làn sóng hạ tầng liên vùng

Việc cao tốc Biên Hòa - Vũng Tàu chính thức được thông xe toàn tuyến từ Đồng Nai đi Vũng Tàu đã rút ngắn đáng kể thời gian di chuyển từ trung tâm TP.HCM về Vũng Tàu.

Ngoài ra, các “siêu” dự án khác cũng đang tạo lực đẩy cho toàn khu vực như sân bay quốc tế Long Thành được Chính phủ yêu cầu đưa vào khai thác giai đoạn 1 trong năm 2026.
Đáng chú ý, theo thông tin công bố gần đây, cầu vượt biển Cần Giờ - Vũng Tàu đang trong quá trình quy hoạch, dự kiến khởi công năm 2026 và hoàn thành năm 2029.
Cùng với định hướng phát triển các tuyến metro và đường sắt đô thị, Vũng Tàu đang sở hữu bốn trụ cột hạ tầng trọng điểm “đường sắt - đường vượt biển - cao tốc - hàng không”, phát huy tối đa tiềm năng thực sự của đô thị biển.
Có thể nói, những khu vực nằm trong vùng hưởng lợi trực tiếp từ mạng lưới kết nối mới thường sẽ trở thành tâm điểm thu hút dân cư, hoạt động kinh tế và dòng vốn đầu tư trong trung và dài hạn.
Đặc biệt, trong giai đoạn hiện nay, dòng tiền hiện ưu tiên các tài sản có khả năng duy trì giá trị theo thời gian, đồng thời gắn với nhu cầu ở thực và tốc độ phát triển dân cư.
