Bởi trong thời bình, nguy cơ sự cố hóa chất độc, phóng xạ vẫn luôn rình rập, song hành cùng quá trình phát triển kinh tế – xã hội. Từng động tác trên thao trường, chính là bước chuẩn bị để bộ đội hóa học sẵn sàng ứng phó khi thực tế xảy ra.
