Hội thi trợ lý, thủ kho quân khí giỏi cấp Quân khu năm 2026

(QK7 Online) - Ngày 7/5, tại Kho K75, Quân khu tổ chức Hội thi trợ lý, thủ kho quân khí giỏi cấp Quân khu năm 2026.
Gần 40 thí sinh là trợ lý quân khí, thủ kho quân khí thuộc các địa phương, đơn vị trong LLVT Quân khu thực hiện thi 3 môn: Môn chính trị: Thi viết chuyên đề về truyền thống ngành quân khí; môn điều lệnh: điều lệnh đội ngũ - đội ngũ từng người không có súng; môn chuyên môn nghiệp vụ gồm lý thuyết nghiệp vụ, lý thuyết chuyên môn kỹ thuật, ứng dụng chuyển đổi số trong công tác quản lý súng pháo khí tài đạn dược và bài tập.
Thí sinh bốc câu hỏi.
Theo Đại tá Lê Quốc Hiệp, Trưởng phòng Quân khí, Cục Hậu cần - Kỹ thuật Quân khu, Phó Trưởng ban Tổ chức Hội thi cho hay: Hội thi năm nay, ngoài những nội dung cơ bản của chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ ngành quân khí, Ban tổ chức đã đưa nội dung mới vào hội thi đó là ứng dụng chuyển đổi số trong công tác quản lý vũ khí, khí tài, đạn dược và hệ thống quản lý nghiệp vụ kho vũ khí thông minh... Mặc dù là nội dung mới nhưng các thí sinh tham gia đã có những nhận thức rất tốt, có những đề xuất giải pháp trong chuyển đổi số, thực hiện việc quản lý quét các mã vạch với vũ khí để quản lý tốt hơn và biết áp dụng thuần thục các phần mềm quản lý vũ khí, đạn dược.
Các thí sinh chuẩn bị nội dung thi.
Thiếu tá QNCN Nguyễn Thị Thúy Vân, Thủ kho Kho K6, Cục Hậu cần - Kỹ thuật Quân khu chia sẻ: Yêu cầu của người thủ kho là phải luôn nắm vững kiến thức chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ về công tác bảo quản, đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối cho nhà kho. Vì vậy, tham dự hội thi là rất quan trọng và cần thiết, giúp chúng tôi nắm vững lại các kiến thức cơ bản và học hỏi được rất nhiều kinh nghiệm, cách làm hay, khoa học, hiệu quả. Trong đó, việc áp dụng công tác chuyển đổi số giúp các thủ kho không chỉ làm “tay hòm chìa khóa” quản lý đạn dược trong nhà kho mà còn trở thành một kỹ thuật viên quản lý dữ liệu tốt.

Hội thi trợ lý, thủ kho quân khí giỏi cấp Quân khu năm 2026 là hoạt động thiết thực, lập thành tích chào mừng 75 năm Ngày truyền thống ngành Quân khí Quân đội (16/9/1951 - 16/9/2026). Hội thi là dịp để đánh giá thực chất trình độ, năng lực chuyên môn, kĩ năng thực hành và ý thức trách nhiệm của đội ngũ trợ lý, thủ kho quân khí. Từ đó, bồi dưỡng, nâng cao chất lượng công tác quản lý, bảo quản, niêm cất, cấp phát vũ khí, khí tài, đạn dược, bảo đảm an toàn tuyệt đối, chính xác, kịp thời. Đồng thời, đây là dịp tuyển chọn những đồng chí có thành tích cao thành lập đội tuyển của Quân khu tham gia Hội thi trợ lý, thủ kho quân khí giỏi toàn quân năm 2026.
Thí sinh bảo vệ bài tập sắp xếp vũ khí đạn trong nhà kho.
Hội thi sẽ bế mạc vào chiều 8/5/2026.
