Sư đoàn 5 kiểm tra kỹ năng nghề đối với nhân viên chuyên môn kỹ thuật

(QK7 Online) - Ngày 29/4, Sư đoàn 5 tổ chức khai mạc kiểm tra, đánh giá trình độ kỹ năng nghề cho nhân viên chuyên môn kỹ thuật năm 2026.
Hơn 40 đồng chí tham gia kiểm tra lý thuyết và thực hành, gồm: lý thuyết cơ sở ngành; chuyên môn nghề; nghiệp vụ ngành như điều lệ, chế độ, quy định của chuyên ngành liên quan đến kỹ năng nghề; công tác an toàn, vệ sinh lao động; quản lý, kinh nghiệm sản xuất và sáng kiến, cải tiến kỹ thuật, ứng dụng khoa học công nghệ. Phần thực hành gồm: chế tạo hoặc gia công sản phẩm; sử dụng, điều khiển trang bị kỹ thuật; sử dụng các phương tiện đo, kiểm tra; bảo quản, bảo dưỡng, hiệu chỉnh, sửa chữa vũ khí, trang bị kỹ thuật; tác phong làm việc và kỹ năng sử dụng các trang thiết bị công nghệ, bảo đảm an toàn, vệ sinh lao động.
Chỉ huy các cơ quan, đơn vị thuộc Sư đoàn 5 dự khai mạc buổi kiểm tra.
Phát biểu tại buổi khai mạc, Thượng tá Lê Ngọc Quyền, Phó Chủ nhiệm Hậu cần - Kỹ thuật Sư đoàn 5 yêu cầu các cơ quan, đơn vị tăng cường giáo dục, nâng cao nhận thức cho đội ngũ nhân viên kỹ thuật về ý nghĩa, tầm quan trọng của kiểm tra tay nghề; đồng thời phát huy tinh thần chủ động, tích cực ôn luyện, nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn gắn với chức trách, nhiệm vụ được giao. Cấp ủy, chỉ huy các cấp cần quan tâm làm tốt công tác bồi dưỡng, kiểm tra, tạo điều kiện để đội ngũ nhân viên kỹ thuật không ngừng rèn luyện, nâng cao tay nghề, đáp ứng tốt yêu cầu nhiệm vụ công tác kỹ thuật trong tình hình mới.
Thí sinh tham gia kiểm tra phần lý thuyết.
Qua kiểm tra nhằm rèn luyện, nâng cao tay nghề, năng lực nghiệp vụ chuyên môn; đồng thời đánh giá đúng năng lực, trình độ của nhân viên chuyên môn kỹ thuật. Trên cơ sở đó, làm căn cứ để bố trí, sắp xếp công việc phù hợp với từng cá nhân, phát huy tối đa năng lực, sở trường; đồng thời xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo, bồi dưỡng, nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ, đáp ứng yêu cầu nhiệm vụ trong tình hình mới.
